Job Title: Software Engineer – FircoSoft
Location: Tampa, FL
We are seeking a Software Engineer with mandatory FircoSoft experience to work on Sanctions Screening systems within a Corporate & Investment Banking environment. Candidates must have hands-on, production-level experience with FircoSoft.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft sanctions screening solutions
• Hands-on work with:
• Continuity V6
• Screening Preparation
• Firco Utilities
• Build and support integrations using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL
• Implement microservices and messaging-based solutions
• Perform production support, performance tuning, and stability improvements
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to meet regulatory requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• FircoSoft experience is mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Continuity V6
• Screening Preparation
• Firco Utilities
• Java, J2EE, Spring Boot
• IBM MQ or Kafka
• Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience in sanctions screening and high-volume transaction processing
• Production support and full SDLC experience
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Kubernetes or AWS exposure
• CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Legacy FircoSoft upgrade or modernization experience
