Trident Consulting is currently seeking a ”Five9 Developer" for one of our clients in "Chicago, IL". A global leader in business and technology services. Role: Five9 Developer Location: Chicago, IL(Onsite) Type: Contract Required Skills: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Five9 development and configuration within enterprise contact center environments • Strong proficiency in Five9 Studio, VCC Administration, and IVR/call flow development • Hands-on experience with Five9 REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations, data dips, and workflow automation • Experience integrating Five9 with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics • Solid understanding of telephony fundamentals, including SIP, VoIP, DTMF, call recording, and ACD routing logic • Experience with outbound dialer configurations and compliance requirements (TCPA, DNC list management) • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar) for API development and automation • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to testing and quality assurance • Five9 Certified Administrator or equivalent hands-on certification preferred About Trident Consulting Trident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
