What is the position?
The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for the support of fleet vehicles throughout their lifecycles, with a focus on data analysis, procurement coordination, and DOT compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and optimized fleet operations through cross-functional collaboration and accurate record-keeping.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Fleet Analyst, you will:
β’ Support procurement activities such as vehicle ordering, forecasting replacements, and coordinating upfitting.
β’ Assist in managing the full fleet lifecycle: acquisition, deployment, maintenance tracking, and remarketing.
β’ Collaborate with internal departments including operations, safety, and IT to align on fleet-related initiatives.
β’ Participate in special projects focused on optimization, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, budgets, and inventory.
β’ Assist with tracking vehicle performance, utilization, and disposition of sold vehicles.
β’ Coordinate administrative activities including vehicle titles, registrations, and decals.
β’ Take on additional tasks as assigned.
What are the requirements?
β’ Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related
β’ 3+ years of supply chain, procurement, or fleet operations
β’ Experience with fleet management software or telematics systems
β’ Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking)
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
