Role description
What is the position? The Fleet Analyst supports the full lifecycle management of company fleet vehicles, focusing on maintaining accurate fleet data, supporting dashcam deployment, and delivering operational reporting. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to ensure fleet assets are properly tracked, installed, connected, and reported. The position requires strong organization, data management, and communication skills to help drive informed fleet decisions. What are the responsibilities? As a Fleet Analyst, you will: β€’ Coordinate ordering, shipment tracking, and delivery of dashcams and related equipment β€’ Work with third-party installers to schedule and ensure proper device installation β€’ Assign dashcam devices to vehicles, verify connectivity, and assist with basic troubleshooting β€’ Maintain accurate fleet asset records and vehicle specifications β€’ Prepare and review fleet reports, including data validation, cleanup, and exception management β€’ Support fleet decision-making by analyzing equipment needs and assisting with cost comparisons β€’ Maintain fleet documentation, policies, and process improvement records β€’ Communicate updates to leadership and respond to field support requests with a service-focused approach What are the requirements? β€’ High school diploma or GED required β€’ At least three years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, fleet management, procurement, automotive, or safety-related environments β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint β€’ Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities β€’ Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams β€’ Ability to work independently after training while managing multiple priorities β€’ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, or a related field β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with fleet programs, dashcams, GPS telematics, or platforms such as Holman Insights or Geotab You would be happy here if: β€’ You can be counted on in crucial times, possessing great focus while completing projects successfully and efficiently. β€’ You can strategize, understanding the goals of the company and creating effective plans to achieve those goals.
