Role description
What is the position?
The Fleet Analyst supports fleet operations by managing fleet data, coordinating dashcam deployments, and delivering accurate reporting and analytics. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain fleet records, improve operational processes, and ensure fleet technology initiatives are successful.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Fleet Analyst, you will:
• Coordinate the deployment of dashcams, including ordering, shipping, installation scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, vehicle information, and equipment assignments.
• Analyze fleet data, prepare reports, and support utilization and cost analysis for leadership.
• Monitor dashcam performance, verify connectivity, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fleet processes, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Provide timely updates and support to internal stakeholders regarding fleet operations.
What are the requirements?
• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, supply chain, operations, procurement, automotive services, safety programs, or a related field
• Experience with fleet technology, dashcams, GPS telematics, or operational reporting is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with fleet management platforms such as Holman Insights, Geotab, or similar systems is a plus
