β’ Our client is looking to hire a Flex PLM Developer to its team either Contract or Contract to hire. This can be remote or hybrid model. You will lead the work to deliver new capabilities and optimize our Product Lifecycle management process, serving as subject matter expert working collaboratively with external technology partners and internal agile teams to deliver best-in-class solutions within the technology platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will provide technical expertise and ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions within the environment while maintaining Agile principles and methodologies.
This Role Involves
β’ Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement Product Lifecycle management solutions (Flex-PLM) according to Product specifications and Knowledge of flexconnect is bonus.
β’ Developing customizations and integrations to enhance the functionality of our Product Lifecycle management solution.
β’ Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
β’ Conducting system testing and validation to ensure the quality and integrity of the solutions.
β’ Preparing technical documentation, including system designs, deployment plans, and user guides.
β’ Staying up to date with the latest product features and industry best practices.
Qualifications
β’ Experience in Flex Product Lifecycle Management application.
β’ 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (ADO, Jira, Trello, etc.) to manage projects effectively.
β’ Deep understanding of data relationships to enable System-to-System performance and accuracy.
β’ Familiarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
β’ Strong technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, programming languages, data analytics, or other technical domains relevant to the product are highly desirable.
β’ Strong technical skills to interpret and analysis data using SQL.
β’ Proven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives.
β’ Exceptional leadership abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to influence and align stakeholders are crucial for success.
β’ The ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments is highly preferred.
β’ Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time.
β’ MF experience/working knowledge or modernization of legacy technologies would be a plus.
β’ Proactively prioritize the work and manage expectations.
β’ Curious and initiative-taker.
β’ Customer focused mentality.
Additional Details
This position is located out of Kansas City, MO.
β’ Preference to have local associates of Kansas City or Suburb region, working from HQ 1-2 times per week.
β’ Remote candidates can be considered for Hybrid position with occasional travel to the corporate office (couple days each quarter (min)/month (max)).
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
