We have Immediate opening for a Data Management Associate with strong hands-on experience to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Position: Data Management Associate Type of Hire: Contract Duration: 12 months, potential for extension, potential for contract to hire Location: Houston, TX (No Remote) In-Office Expectation: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote Summary: The main function of a Data Management Associate is to support the organization's data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility by managing and maintaining databases and data systems. A typical Data Management Associate is responsible for data entry, validation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Job Responsibilities: • Looking for someone who has experience with the Atlan Tool or any data governance tools (i.e. Monte Carlo and Adlinum) • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy. • Perform regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies or errors. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation and standard operating procedures. • Generate reports and summaries to support business operations and decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data needs are met and maintained. • Support data audits and ensure compliance with internal and external data management policies. Skills: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database systems. • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends or discrepancies. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, or a related field required. • 5-7 years' experience
