Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Role Overview
In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as the critical bridge between operations, product development, and AI engineering teams. Your primary focus will be driving the deployment of agentic AI solutions directly into business workflows. This role combines strategy, product management, AI solution design, and operational transformation to deliver measurable business value and scalable AI adoption across enterprise banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into operational business environments.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Analyze process artifacts such as SOPs, workflows, runbooks, and process maps.
• Translate operational processes into AI-enabled workflows and automation blueprints.
• Design and implement multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, and task execution.
• Utilize LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini to build enterprise-ready AI capabilities.
• Develop prompt frameworks, RAG architectures, and contextual grounding strategies.
• Build ROI models and value realization frameworks to measure AI initiative success.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and delivery roadmaps.
• Support enterprise AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Enable AI adoption through training, standards development, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions and LLM-powered workflows.
• Strong background in Product Management, Strategy, and Enterprise Transformation.
• Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, AI orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools or equivalent AI integration frameworks.
• Banking, Operations, or Financial Services experience.
• Experience with process mining, BPM, operational excellence, or AI-driven transformation programs.
