Responsibilities
• Responsible for configuring all types of managed vision care products in the system using both the Product Key Sheet method and manual configuration.
• Write SQL queries and export from the database to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues, performing issue resolution.
• Maintain relationships with Implementation Managers and Account Managers to develop a cohesive cross-functional working environment.
• Self-manage completion of work inventory in the production queues within established quality and turnaround time service levels.
• Recommend process and system enhancements to drive improvements.
Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience working within a core claims administration system.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience writing SQL queries and exporting data for analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments and work independently or as part of a team.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
