NEW CONTRACT ROLE - Freelance Insight Analyst UK-Based Candidates Only | Initial 8 Week Contract | Start ASAP | Likely Extension | £250-£300 Per Day To apply, email: THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a freelance Insight Analyst to join on an initial 8 week contract with potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced agency environment, supporting project ramp-up and delivering actionable insights for key clients. THE ROLE As an Insight Analyst, you will: • Deliver data-driven insights by analysing marketing metrics, business intelligence, and customer behavior. • Build dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI and Looker (desirable). • Translate complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities effectively. • Leverage social listening and marketing intelligence platforms to provide valuable business insights. TECH STACK / REQUIREMENTS • 2-4 years' experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. • Experience with social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights, or similar). • Proficiency with marketing intelligence tools such as Similar Web, Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs. • Strong proficiency (desirable) in PowerBI and Looker for dashboard development. • Hands-on experience with marketing data sources (desirable), including: • Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) • Adobe Analytics or similar enterprise analytics platforms CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Strong analytical mind with detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE • Understanding of the marketing ecosystem and key performance metrics. • Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement challenges. • Awareness of current trends in marketing technology and analytics.
