Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Administrator Location: Remote (US) Industry: Financial Services (Banking / Insurance / Wealth) Engagement: Full-Time or Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform within a regulated financial services environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce FSC to support client servicing, relationship management, and operational workflows. Salesforce serves as a system of engagement, integrating with core banking, policy, or portfolio systems. Key Responsibilities • Administer and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including households, relationships, and financial accounts • Manage users, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy in compliance with security standards • Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning record pages • Support Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality as it relates to FSC users • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Maintain data quality through audits, rules, and ongoing cleanup • Support releases, testing, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments • Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing platform support • Ensure configurations align with governance, compliance, and audit requirements • Document processes, configurations, and best practices Salesforce Platform Scope • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud • Lightning Experience • Flow automation • Omni-Channel (as applicable) • Reports & Dashboards • Data Loader / data management tools • Sandbox & release management Required Qualifications • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience • Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud • Strong understanding of: • Salesforce security model • Data relationships and sharing • Flow-based automation • Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare) • Ability to work closely with business, product, and technical teams • Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; FSC Specialist preferred) • Experience supporting wealth management, banking, or insurance users • Exposure to integrations with downstream systems • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps / CI-CD processes • Experience supporting large or multi-team Salesforce orgs
