Full‑Stack AI/ML Engineer Client: Veterans United Home Loans Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only) 🎯 What We’re Looking For AI / LLM Expertise Required: • Hands‑on experience with: LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, vector search, embeddings, LLM orchestration • Understanding of agentic architectures (bonus: multi‑agent systems) • Prompt engineering + chatbot frameworks Engineering Foundation (Must‑Have): • Strong software development background: Python, C#/.NET, Angular/TypeScript (C#/.Net would be Ideal) • Solid software engineering practices: API‑first design, clean code, microservices, domain‑driven design • Experience building production‑ready systems end‑to‑end • Data, Cloud, & Infrastructure Tools: SQL, MongoDB, Redis, GitHub, Azure Cultural Must‑Haves From our conversations with the hiring leaders, success at clients hinges on: • Highly proactive, self‑directed problem solvers (don’t wait to be told what to do) • Strong communicators who explain why they made technical decisions • Extremely collaborative; heavy camera‑on culture • Treat remote work like in‑office (available 8–5 CT, responsive, present) • Ability to jump into new domains and pivot quickly • Comfortable working directly with product owners & senior leadership
