Full-Stack Automation & AI Engineer About the Role We’re building internal automations and AI-powered tools that connect SharePoint spreadsheets, public APIs, and LLM services across departments. We’re looking for a versatile engineer who’s comfortable crafting TypeScript APIs, wiring up n8n workflows, and prototyping new LLM agents. You’ll own projects end-to-end—transforming ideas into backlogs, writing production-grade code, and hardening systems for security and scale. 🚀 Key Responsibilities • LLM / Agents (≈40%) – Design, evaluate, and ship LLM-backed services using JSON Mode, Function Calling, Instructor/Pydantic, and multi-agent patterns running on remote MCP servers (SSE or streaming HTTP). Prepare for a potential A2A future. • Web Engineering (≈30%) – Build and maintain TypeScript + Python microservices, API endpoints, and front-end dashboards. Focus on secure, observable, and authenticated apps. • Automations (≈20%) – Create low-code n8n pipelines that sync SharePoint Excel data with SaaS APIs and internal databases. • Project Ownership (≈10%) – Partner directly with stakeholders to refine needs, build backlogs, and see projects through from ideation to deployment. 🧠 Ideal Background • Experience with TypeScript, Python, and microservice architecture • Comfort with n8n or similar low-code tools • Familiarity with LLM architectures and multi-agent frameworks • Exposure to security best practices and API design • Experience owning internal tools or productivity automations
