• GDPR/HIPAA-ready architecture
🛠️ Preferred Tech Stack
• React, Next.js, Tailwind
• Node.js or FastAPI
• Supabase/PostgreSQL
• OpenAI APIs (Whisper + GPT-4)
✅ Deliverables
• Functional MVP delivered within 4 weeks
• Clean GitHub repo + README
• Deployment to staging/production
• Post-launch bug support
📌 Requirements
