About the Job Global Trust IT is looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer (Web3) to join our innovative team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining decentralized applications and smart contracts, working across both frontend and backend technologies. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Web3 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Roles and Responsibilities Backend: • Build REST APIs (Node.js), microservices (RabbitMQ), and integrate with MongoDB/PostgreSQL • Connect to smart contract events (The Graph, ethers.js) Frontend: • Develop React UIs with wallet integration (MetaMask, Wallet Connect) • Handle wallet login, token purchases, KYC, dashboards, and DAO voting Web3 Integration: • Work with ERC-3643 tokens, Identity Registry, staking contracts • Process events and display real-time data DevOps: • Deploy on AWS, set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions), monitor with CloudWatch Skills and Experience • 3+ years full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript experience • Strong backend skills: Node.js, Express/NestJS, REST APIs • Proficient with React and Next.js • Experienced with Web3 tools: ethers.js, web3.js, MetaMask • Knowledge of Ethereum standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-3643) • Basic smart contract understanding • Skilled with MongoDB or PostgreSQL • Familiar with RabbitMQ, event queues, and microservices If you’re interested or know anyone that will be good for the role, please don’t hesitate to apply or be in contact with them!
