About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead (6 month contract) to join our Technology & Engineering team at ECA International on a. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a self-starter with strong technical expertise and a passion for building robust, scalable solutions using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring developers, fostering a high-performing team culture, and owning end-to-end project delivery.
