Job Summary: Tential Solutions is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platforms and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in full-stack development and modern DevOps practices. Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Qualifications: Required: • AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Expertise: Experience with AML tools such as LexisNexis Bridger (for sanctions screening), NICE Actimize (For transaction monitoring), or similar AML platforms is REQUIRED. • Software Engineering: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Software engineering (excluding internships). • Cloud Experience: at least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also acceptable). • Programming Languages: 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScirpt, Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, or Scala. • Databases: Experience wiht open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. • Containers & Orchestration: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes. • Modern Frameworks: Experience designing and building applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js) on the frontend, and Node.js or Python (Django/ Fast API) on the backend. • DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines an dmanaging deployments across multiple environments. • Security & Performance: Understanding of web security best practices, optimization, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Preferred: • 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Angular, or API development. • 3+ years experience with AWS (or equivalent experience with GCP or Azure) • 4+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks. • 1+ year of experience in people or team management • 2+ years working in an Agile environment.
