Role: Sr. Software Engineer / Full-stack Developer
Contact: 6+ months
Client Location options: Minneapolis, MN / Boston, MA (Hybrid working model β 4 days each week onsite/1 day remote)
Number of Years' Experience Preferred: 10+
Expertise in Python/Java/.Net β in the priority order
Prior experience working in the Financial Services Industry
Familiar with developing software using the AWS stack (EC2, S3, BedRock, Postgres, etc.)
Collaborative and a Team Player who can learn and adapt fast.

This role is for an experienced hands-on software engineer to provide engineering SME and direction to our business partners in the Asset Management. We are looking for candidates with a fresh perspective who are passionate about solving complex business, data, and technical challenges. Youβll work with smart, talented people across our business to create innovative, next-generation cloud-based applications, and analytics/models. Youβll be involved, hands-on, through the entire development cycle. And youβll redefine the way our traders, portfolio managers, and analysts support our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy individual to make a high impact towards transforming the Front Office Technology and its interactions with Front Office Investments teams, build relationships, learn, and grow in a culture that is very collaborative.

β’ Designs, develops, modifies, adapts, and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems, databases, and application infrastructure.
β’ Has a proven track record of bringing a fresh perspective to build an engineering-driven, value-focused approach to problem solving
β’ Passionate about technology while using their problem-solving capabilities to deliver solutions utilizing a top-end engineering approach.
β’ Exceptional technology skills; recognized by industry peers as an expert in your domain.
β’ Believes in strong modern software engineering techniques: agile development, continuous integration, code review or pairing, unit testing, refactoring, and related approaches.
