Functional Architect – Semiconductor PLM

Required Skills: Teamcenter, Semiconductor PLM, Data Migration, Functional Architecture, BOM Management, Change Management, PLM Transformation, Stakeholder Management Job Description We are seeking an experienced Functional Architect – Semiconductor PLM with strong expertise in Teamcenter and Data Migration to lead PLM transformation initiatives within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining PLM architecture, driving business process alignment, leading data migration strategies, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Teamcenter solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead functional architecture and solution design for Teamcenter-based PLM implementations. • Gather and analyze business requirements across semiconductor product development and engineering processes. • Define PLM data models, workflows, change management, BOM management, and document control processes. • Develop and execute Teamcenter data migration strategies, including legacy system assessment, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover planning. • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to ensure PLM solution alignment. • Provide architectural guidance for Teamcenter integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and CAD tools. • Conduct solution reviews, process optimization workshops, and stakeholder presentations. • Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities. • Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, governance standards, and industry compliance requirements. Required Skills • Strong experience with Teamcenter PLM solutions. • Expertise in Data Migration planning and execution. • Experience working as a Functional Architect, PLM Architect, or Solution Architect. • Deep understanding of Semiconductor industry product lifecycle processes. • Strong knowledge of BOM Management, Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO), and Document Management. • Experience with PLM implementation, enhancement, or transformation programs. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. • Knowledge of semiconductor design and manufacturing processes. • Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, and CAD applications. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
