Functional Technical Consultant

Title: Principal Project/Program Manager, Technical Location: Bellevue, WA Pay rate: $50.00-$53.00/Hour Descrition: • Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) • In addition to systems listed in the Job Description, deep knowledge of building out and levering SharePoint to streamline processes. What does a typical day look like? • Meeting with a limited group of stakeholders to understand existing manual processes. Documenting recommendations, and workflows for automation. Building automated processes using available tools. Presenting to stakeholders and Sr. Director. Scope of Work The PM will: • Lead analysis of manual legal and compliance business processes and identifying cost-effective automated solutions. • Build dashboards, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, and Power Platform or other scalable solutions. • Design scalable processes aligned to Agile and product-centric lifecycles. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business, technical, and compliance needs. • Provide executive-ready dashboards and program reporting. • Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and tool adoption.
