Responsibilities:
β’ Create NPC tools to demonstrate NPC behaviors in Open Worlds.
β’ Create both simple and complex examples that can be used both for creator samples and for AI training.
β’ Create NPC tools to provide NPC behaviors in Open Worlds.
Requirements:
β’ BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
β’ 3-5 years game development experience.
β’ Must be proficient in at least one of the following: TypeScript, or C#.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
β’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible β able to adapt plans and react to change in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
β’ A habit of writing super-clean, encapsulated, testable, and well documented code.
β’ Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering.
Top 3 Must-Have HARD skills:
β’ Game Development
β’ 3D Modeling.
β’ 3D Math.
β’ C# or TypeScript - must be proficient/expert in either of one programming language.
Good to Have Skills:
β’ Similar Game Development Role.
β’ Animation Tooling.
β’ Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or NavMesh systems.
β’ Familiarity with AI Navigation, Recast/Detour, or Game AI Techniques.
β’ Proficiency in 3D Animation tools such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
