As a Google Cloud Architect and data engineer, you will play a key role in collaborating with engineering, development, and business teams to create innovative cloud-based solutions. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), data engineering with python and SQL, and architecture best practices. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud data solutions on GCP. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in GCP services, cloud and cloud architecture best practices, and be able to work collaboratively with various teams to bring cloud data solutions to life. Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture and Design: • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Function, Composer • Develop and enforce cloud architecture standards and best practices Data Engineering: • Expertise in SQL, Python, ERD, GCP • Expertise in DBT with active hands-on experience in the last 3~5 years • Design and optimize conceptual and logical database models • Analyze system requirements, implementing data strategies, and ensuring the efficiency and security • Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements • In-depth understanding of database structure principles • Expertise in implementing and maintaining data pipelines • Deep knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques Automation and Infrastructure as Code: • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, and CI/CD pipelines. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to improve scalability and consistency. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. • GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification required. • Expertise in SQL, Python, ERD • Expertise in DBT with active hands-on experience in the last 3~5 years • Possess the knowledge of Modern Data Technology released in the last 2~3 years • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure, with at least 3+ years focused on GCP. • Strong knowledge of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Functions • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
