Experience: 08+ Years Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience (8+ years) as a Data Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency in core GCP data services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage.
Skilled in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT pipeline development.
Expertise in programming and scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and Bash.
Experience with Apache Beam and Spark for large-scale data processing.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
Familiarity with GCP DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Cloud Composer).
Strong understanding of data security, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification is a plus.
