Role description
Role Overview Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience in GCP and pharma domain. Responsible for building scalable data pipelines and supporting analytics, reporting, and ML use cases. Key Responsibilities β€’ Build and maintain data pipelines using GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage). β€’ Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows. β€’ Collaborate with analytics and business teams to deliver reliable data. β€’ Design data models and ensure data quality and performance. β€’ Support reporting and ML workloads. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 10+ years in data engineering. β€’ Strong GCP experience (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Composer). β€’ Advanced SQL and Python. β€’ Experience with pharma datasets (clinical, R&D, commercial). β€’ Strong ETL/ELT, data modeling, and orchestration knowledge. β€’ Experience with Git and CI/CD. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Vertex AI or ML pipelines. β€’ Knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, or similar standards. β€’ Experience with Snowflake or Databricks. Education β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field.
