We are seeking a skilled GCP Platform Engineer to manage and optimize our Google Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure platform security, performance, and cost efficiency while aligning with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs, implement FinOps strategies, and manage budgeting dashboards
• Administer IAM roles, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance standards
• Build monitoring and alerting frameworks using GCP Observability tools
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• Support data workflows using Composer and Apache Beam
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with GCP services, Terraform, Jenkins, Composer, Apache Beam
• Expertise in Debian OS images and cloud infrastructure management
• Knowledge of IAM, networking, and monitoring tools
Preferred: GCP certifications, scripting (Python/Bash), Kubernetes/GKE experience
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
