IT Enterprise Business Analyst 2 (Hybrid) Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an IT Enterprise Business Analyst 2 for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia. What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications » • Active IT Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification Preferred. Education And Experience » • Minimum, bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology Systems) Required. • 5+ Years, Experience working as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements. • 5+ Years, Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes. • 5+ Years, Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions. • 5+ Years, Ability to gather, document, and manage complex business, data, and functional requirements. • 5+ Years, Experience developing process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications. • 5+ Years, Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • 5+ Years, Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders. • 5+ Years, Experience supporting procurement documentation, vendor coordination, or contract-related activities is preferred. • 5+ Years, Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is preferred. • 5+ Years, Documenting AS IS & TO BE Process & User Interface Mockups. • 5+ Years Experience in developing statements/scope of work for contracting and procurement. • 5+ Years Experience managing multiple projects/tasks at once; Results oriented and highly organized. • 5+ Years Experience in Strong interviewing, active listening, communication, presentation, moderating meetings, and interpersonal skills - influencing, negotiating, etc. • 5+ Years Experience in Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and write scope/specifications. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting government or public-sector IT initiatives. • Experience with procurement lifecycle documentation and vendor management. • Familiarity with workflow automation, business process improvement, and enterprise applications. • Experience using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq, or similar platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
