Job Details Title: Software Developer / Engineer – Solution Architect (SAP Agentic AI) Location: Remote / Hybrid (TBD) Duration of the Contract: 6+ Months Project Name: Intelligent Automation Skills Required • 10–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud solutions, or distributed systems • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI • Hands-on expertise with SAP integrations and enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Supply Chain platforms) • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for automation and orchestration • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP • Deep understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, RESTful services, JSON, and scalable system design • Strong background in data governance, security, SOX compliance, auditability, and access controls • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Solution Architect to support Levi’s Intelligent Automation initiative, with a strong focus on SAP Agentic AI and enterprise-scale automation. This role will partner closely with Finance, IT, and Business Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, design intelligent agent workflows, and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks • Translate business requirements into AI-driven workflows that integrate with SAP and other enterprise platforms • Develop and maintain Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to securely connect AI agents with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and supply chain platforms • Create and manage intelligent agents supporting core processes like onboarding, billing support, compliance monitoring, and operational automation • Govern the full lifecycle of AI agents and MCPs, ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance, privacy standards, SOX controls, and audit requirements • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency • Collaborate across multiple teams and lead initiatives without direct authority in complex, ambiguous environments • Clearly communicate architectural decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to both technical teams and executive stakeholders Technical Expertise • Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication • Experience with model optimization techniques such as quantization, parallelism, and performance tuning • Strong hands-on development skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, or Java • Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, high availability, and fault tolerance • Strong documentation skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly and concisely What Success Looks Like • Secure, explainable, and compliant AI systems embedded into enterprise workflows • Measurable reductions in manual effort and improved operational decision-making • Well-documented, scalable agent architectures aligned with business outcomes • Trusted technical leadership across engineering, IT, and business teams Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
