Location: Concord, CA OR Charlotte, NC Term: Hybrid Interview process: 1st round virtual and 2nd round is FTF Contract Duration: 12 months “Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.” Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. • Generative AI: LLMs, vector databases, embedding models, vector search, RAG • AI: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Scikit, Spark ML, TensorFlow, Keras, NLP (spacy, nltk) • MLOPS: developing, testing and deploying models. AWS SageMaker, Ray Distributed systems / Big Data: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra • Data Science: Python data analytics ecosystem (Pandas, Scikit, etc) • Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure • Languages: Python, Java, Scala, R, Shell • Datastores: Vector stores (MongoDB Atlas, Milvus), NoSQLs (HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis), and SQLs (Postgres, MySQL) • DevOps / Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, git • Experience in building scalable distributed systems Monitoring and performance tuning of Python / Java apps, Databases and distributed systems • Experience in leading / mentoring focused teams to achieve excellent outcomes • Experience in Microsoft suite of platform - Copilot studio, Power platforms and Dynamics 365 What You Will Be Doing • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
