Job Description:
β’ Design and develop GenAI models, including fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
β’ Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
β’ Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models
β’ Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot (GitHub Copilot) or Azure OpenAI Services
β’ experience building Gen AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
β’ Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks
β’ Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques
Innovation & R&D:
β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in generative AI, multimodal models, and MLOps.
β’ Drive experimentation with new models, prompt engineering, and domain-specific adaptations.
β’ Create internal GenAI tools, copilots, or agents to enhance employee productivity and customer engagement.
β’ Governance & Ethics:
β’ Ensure AI systems are explainable, fair, and aligned with ethical guidelines and data privacy laws.
β’ Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
β’ 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
β’ Strong experience with ML frameworks, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
β’ Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
β’ Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
