Role description
Role: Gen AI/ML Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid 3 Days a Week) β€’ Artificial intelligence engineers leverage deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), chatbots, knowledge graphs, generative AI, and agentic / robotic platforms to improve business outcomes and drive innovation. β€’ The engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on shaping AI strategy and roadmaps by showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solutions. This provides an opportunity to take advantage of emerging trends and technologies and make a real-world difference. β€’ Objectives of this role: β€’ Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of AI strategy β€’ Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions β€’ Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit β€’ Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining ethical and governance standards Responsibilities: β€’ Advise C-suite executives and business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI β€’ Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership β€’ Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation β€’ Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape β€’ Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation Required skills and qualifications: β€’ 8+ years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions β€’ Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP, and Agentic languages (e.g., LangChain / AutoGen) β€’ Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement β€’ Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns β€’ Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations Preferred skills and qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related field β€’ Experience with innovation accelerators β€’ Experience with cloud environments
