Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a GenAI Business Analyst to join their team. As a GenAI Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & AI Support Department supporting enterprise-scale AI deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:GenAI Business Analyst Location:Jersey City, NJ What's the Job? โ€ข Develop and manage enterprise-level GenAI projects, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) development and deployment. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. โ€ข Document business requirements, model documentation, and process workflows to ensure clarity and compliance. โ€ข Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities effectively. โ€ข Support model governance and risk management frameworks within regulated environments. What's Needed? โ€ข 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-driven or AI-focused environment. โ€ข Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, LLMs, and model lifecycle management. โ€ข Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to model governance or risk frameworks. โ€ข Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, model documentation). โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
