GenAI Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a GenAI Business Analyst to join their team. As a GenAI Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & AI Support Department supporting enterprise-scale AI deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:GenAI Business Analyst Location:Jersey City, NJ What's the Job? • Develop and manage enterprise-level GenAI projects, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) development and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Document business requirements, model documentation, and process workflows to ensure clarity and compliance. • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities effectively. • Support model governance and risk management frameworks within regulated environments. What's Needed? • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-driven or AI-focused environment. • Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, LLMs, and model lifecycle management. • Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to model governance or risk frameworks. • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, model documentation). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
