Role description
• Contract until 8/31/26 • Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Houston, TX • W2 only, no sponsorship available Summary • Design and deploy conversational agents using Copilot Studio, including prompt orchestration, grounding, and multi-turn logic. • Fine-tune and integrate LLMs using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI for tasks such as summarization, classification, and content generation. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry to ground LLMs with enterprise data. • Automate workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions. • Monitor and optimize agent performance using Prompt Flow, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. • Apply Responsible AI principles and contribute to governance frameworks for secure and compliant AI deployment. Skills • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry. • Proficiency in Copilot Studio, including prompt orchestration, generative actions, component collections, and multi-agent design. • Strong programming skills in Python, Power Fx, JavaScript, and REST APIs. • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and Azure Functions for integration and automation. • Familiarity with Prompt Flow, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights for monitoring and optimization. • Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including RBAC, data masking, and audit logging. Preferred • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent. • Experience with GitHub Copilot, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Exposure to Power Platform extensibility and custom connector development.
