Summary: In this role, you'll design and deploy conversational agents, fine-tune large language models, and implement enterprise-grade AI workflows that are secure, scalable, and grounded in real-world data. Responsibilities: β€’ Conversational AI Development: Build and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, incorporating prompt orchestration, grounding strategies, and multi-turn dialogue flows β€’ LLM Integration & Fine-Tuning: Leverage Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI to fine-tune models for summarization, classification, and content generation β€’ Enterprise Data Grounding: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry to enhance model relevance with internal data β€’ Workflow Automation: Design and automate business processes using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions β€’ Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize agent behavior using Prompt Flow, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights β€’ Responsible AI & Governance: Apply ethical AI principles and contribute to governance frameworks ensuring secure, compliant deployments Requirements β€’ Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry β€’ Deep proficiency in Copilot Studio, including generative actions, prompt orchestration, component collections, and multi-agent design β€’ Strong coding skills in Python, Power Fx, JavaScript, and REST APIs β€’ Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and Azure Functions β€’ Familiarity with Prompt Flow, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights for observability and optimization β€’ Solid understanding of Responsible AI practices such as RBAC, data masking, and audit logging Preferred Qualifications β€’ Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certification β€’ Experience with GitHub Copilot, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks β€’ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions β€’ Familiarity with Power Platform extensibility and custom connector development The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
