Locations: 5 Manhattan Avenue, NY or 480 Washington Blvd, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months (Only W2, OPT, H4-EAD, L2, GC-EAD, GC and USC)
Job Description:
Primary (Python), Secondary (exp. with Rasa framework, exp. building GenAI components for conversational voice systems).
Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-powered conversational systems and virtual assistants.
Implement and fine-tune Rasa (NLU, Core, Actions) components for cnatural dialogue management.
Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into conversational flows for enhanced language understanding and generation.
Build, evaluate, and deploy Python-based GenAI services for voice and chat interfaces.
Develop custom NLU pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and voice interaction logic.
Collaborate with voice UX designers to ensure seamless, natural user interactions.
Optimize system latency, response quality, and model efficiency in production environments.
Stay current with trends in generative AI, conversational design, and speech technology.
Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python (data structures, APIs, backend development).
Hands-on experience with Rasa framework (NLU, dialogue management, custom actions).
Proven experience building or integrating GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) into conversational systems.
Experience with voice or speech interfaces (e.g., Twilio, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, or Web Speech API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS)
