Position Summary: Title: GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI & MS Copilot) Duration: Long Term Location: Washington, DC 20433 5 Days onsite per week from Day1 Note: We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to help deliver various Generative AI use cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong system architecture background in the data science domain, solid Python programming skills, and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and cognitive service integrations. Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and Microsoft Copilot integrations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a GenAI Developer with deep experience in developing AI/ML models, including LLMs and RAG-based architectures. • Strong system architecture background in data science, capable of designing scalable, production-grade AI systems. • Hands-on experience integrating Azure cloud services and Azure Cognitive Services to implement intelligent solutions. • Expertise in Azure technologies: Azure AD, Azure Search, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services. • Must have real-world experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning GPT models, and building RAG-based solutions. • Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration tools. • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility (Graph connectors, plugins, prompts). • Strong background in chatbot development, including integration of OpenAI GPT models and conversational AI flows. • Open-source contributions related to LLMs or chatbot frameworks are a strong plus. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions. “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
