Role description
We’re looking for two experienced Software Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI tooling (Copilot, Amazon Q, Claude Code, etc.) to join a high-impact team.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong background in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Glue)
• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Database experience: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Oracle/DB2, MongoDB
• Solid understanding of Microservices and API design
• Proven usage of Generative AI tools for software development; Agent Mode experience a plus
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and effective interaction with AI assistants for design, development, and troubleshooting
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
