Final round:- In-person Interview MUST HAVE; - Python - Agile tools (Jira) - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning LOCATION: Charlotte NC1-028-23-10 Position Summary Sr. Developer with strong knowledge in building Gen AI solutions. Knowledge of ML and Deep Learning is a plus. Should have worked on Gen AI projects and must be an expert in Python. Should have hands-on coding experience in Python. • • • • • • • Note: This role is responsible for building or optimizing Generative AI solutions and help the business to address complex problems. This role is a developer position. Candidate should be ready to do hands-on coding. Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience implementing Gen AI project using open source LLMs (Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral) and proprietary APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic). Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models like LLAMA2, GPT-4 for various tasks using a custom dataset. Expertise in prompting Large Language Model GPT-4, GPT-3, LLAMA2, Gemini Pro Strong Python development skills. Should be comfortable with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and feature engineering. Strong background in Retrieval Augmented Generation implementations. Expertise in various machine learning models Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), Random forest, Naïve Bayes, Neural Networks. Extensively worked on NLP techniques like word embeddings (Word2Vec, GloVe, Fasttext, Universal sentence encoder, contextual embeddings), topic modeling (LSA), search (FAISS, Elastic Search) Experience with the application of Deep learning to various NLP tasks. Good experience in various Python libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, numpy, NetworkX, NLTK. Strong Python programming language skills with experience in using commonly used machine learning libraries like PyTorch, HuggingFace etc. Experience in deploying machine language models to platforms like Streamlit, HuggingFace Spaces, Heroku. Experience in Discourse semantics, anaphora resolution, Discourse Representation Theory (DRTs), Discourse Representation Structure (DRS), DRT tools like Boxer, Neural DRS, JAMR. Hands on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions on text data. Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, FastAPI, Flask) for serving models. Fine tuning and optimizing open source LLM/SLM is a big plus. Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and Orchestration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience working with Agile Methodology Excellent problem-solving skills with strong technical background and good interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to function both in a team environment as well as individual capacity. Quick learner with ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Should have the ability to clearly express ideas.
