About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions on the AWS platform. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of generative AI technologies, proficiency in Python programming, and expertise in AWS services, particularly Amazon Redshift. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, mentor cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable AI-driven applications that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead the end-to-end development of generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, utilizing AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
β’ Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift to support AI model training and inference.
β’ Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.
β’ Ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of AI applications in compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
β’ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS technologies to drive continuous improvement.
β’ Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the AI engineering team.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI applications.
β’ Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
β’ Extensive experience with AWS services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.
β’ Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
β’ Experience in deploying AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and implementing techniques such as RAG, PEFT, RLHF, or DPO.
β’ Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in AI model deployment.
β’ Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
