Role description
The Generative AI Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions.
This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud engineering with the leadership skills to influence solution design, mentor peers, and drive innovation.
The Tech Lead will play a key role in migrating existing ML models to Generative AI, orchestrating autonomous agents, and delivering production-ready systems in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Must-Haves
β’ AI Expertise: 6+ years hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence with a portfolio of innovative, technically complex projects.
β’ Software Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience building, deploying, and owning production systems.
β’ Cloud Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); strong ability to deploy, scale, and automate cloud-native solutions.
β’ Web Frameworks: Expert in FastAPI and modern web frameworks, architecting high-performance asynchronous services.
β’ Generative AI: Experience migrating traditional ML models to GenAI, including work with multimodal LLMs, SLMs, and BERT.
β’ Agentic AI: Proficient in designing, building, and orchestrating agent-based automation systems.
β’ Vector Databases: Production-grade experience with FAISS, Pinecone, or AzureAISearch; expertise in embeddings at scale.
β’ Programming: Strong Python skills.
β’ APIs & Pipelines: Deep experience designing and building REST, async, and streaming APIs and data pipelines.
β’ Algorithm Optimization: Skilled in testing, validating, and tuning algorithms for reliability and performance.
β’ Data Preparation: Advanced preprocessing and feature engineering with unstructured and complex data.
