This role blends deep technical understanding with strategic problem-solving. The sweet spot? Someone who can evaluate business needs, experiment with cutting-edge AI tooling, and drive agentic solutions from idea to integration.
🔍 What They're After
✅ Remote-first, ideally on EST hours (to align with EU collaboration).
✅ A builder’s mindset: turn proofs of concept into real-world client solutions.
✅ Less about heavy coding, more about integration, architecture, and business advisory.
⚙️ Core Tech Expectations
• Agentic AI platforms: MS Copilot, GCP Agentspace, Salesforce Agentforce
• Strong command of Python and SQL (language-level, not just queries)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and internal data systems
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and LLMs — AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, etc.
🧪 PoC development and solution design are at the heart of the role—bringing clarity to emerging tech and delivering scalable impact.
🌟 Bonus if You’ve Got It
If you're already fluent in the core stack above, these secondary tech areas are a great plus:
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Experience with Vector Databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Chroma
• Familiarity with HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic Claude
• Hands-on with low-code interfaces or rapid prototyping tools for AI
