Job Title: Product Manager with AWS & GenAI Location: Alameda, CA Duration: Long term contract/ FTE Educational Qualification • Any Bachelor's Degree Experience Range 14+ Years Primary (Must have skills) • - To be Screened by TA Team 5+ years of experience in Techno Functional roles such as Product Manager 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects 4+ years of experience in Cloud and GenAI projects Job Description of Role • (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) - Act as the single point of contact for all business team communications - Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications - Drive regular stakeholder updates, status reporting, and expectation management - Own end-to-end support for customer-facing applications - Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement - Ensure SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics are consistently met - Lead application implementations, enhancements, and rollouts - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) - Oversee UAT, deployments, and post-release support - Work with teams to design and support solutions on AWS, including: Amazon EC2, S3,Lambda, AWS GenAI services - Ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, and cost optimization - Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI in business processes and applications - Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI-driven features - Support use cases using tools such as: Amazon Bedrock Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated) - Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders - Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages - Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members - Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving feedback - Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Analytical mindset - Task/ Work Updates Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps - Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities Expected Outcome We are looking for a Techno-Functional Lead who will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will own end-to-end communication with business users, lead customer application support, and drive successful implementations.
