You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and architects to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems that drive innovation and business value. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end development of generative AI models • Architect and implement AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms. • Collaborate with product and business teams to define AI strategy and roadmap. • Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers. • Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and evaluate emerging tools and framework • Ensure best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI. Required Qualifications: • Angular, Python, AWS cloud technologies . Knowledge of AWS Bedrock to integrate and utilize various foundation models for tasks such as natural language processing, text generation is an advantage • Github co pilot Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Familiarity with data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI practices.
