We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to architect impactful solutions, guide our GenAI strategy, and lead a high-performing team through a transformational phase of AI adoption. Project Leadership • Lead the development of generative AI chatbot solutions from the ground up, including strategic planning, design, and technical execution • Act as a thought leader, aligning chatbot capabilities with business goals and recommending best practices • Develop a roadmap for GenAI chatbot development and enhancement, working closely with stakeholders • Shape the long-term vision of automated, AI-assisted workflows across key business areas Technical Responsibilities • Architect and implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, CoPilot Studio, and various AI Development technologies • Craft and fine-tune prompts for generative AI use cases • Deploy and manage chatbot components across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance • Design and integrate systems to monitor and validate chat quality, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and an amazing user experience • Develop and maintain applications and integrations to support chatbot functionalities What You'll Need • Strong experience in Cloud AI Development (Amazon Bedrock, CoPilot Studio, or Azure AI), prompt engineering, RAG, and foundational LLM models • Expertise in LLM fine-tuning techniques: sanitizing, chunking, indexing, post-training, and reinforcement learning • Proven experience integrating AI solutions into MS and AWS environments across all development stages • Proficient in Python, React, AWS CDK and Lambda • Solid software engineering background with a focus on backend development • Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications with real business impact
