Generative AI Engineer

In this role, you’ll design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered applications that solve real-world challenges for teams and customers. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and the Tech Innovation team, you’ll help shape the future of Gen AI while contributing to a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking innovation. What You’ll Do • Build and deliver full-stack AI solutions from concept through production. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design AI-driven solutions. • Develop scalable multi-agent and LLM-integrated systems. • Integrate cloud-native services, AI model APIs, and custom models into impactful user experiences. • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas, scaling proven solutions to production. • Stay hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools (agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, MCP, etc.). • Mentor teammates and share insights across the organization. • Drive innovation by asking bold questions and experimenting with “what if…” ideas. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Expertise • Experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a cloud-native mindset. • Proven success delivering at least one production-ready LLM solution at scale (AI agent projects are a plus). • Strong skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with React, Node, or Postgres is a bonus. • Knowledge of APIs, backend systems, and service-oriented architectures. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments. What Sets You Apart • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field. • Software engineering experience with strong Python skills and cloud expertise (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Demonstrated leadership in projects and mentoring across cross-functional teams. • Passion for innovation, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
