Responsibilities • Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions. • Demonstrate enthusiasm for new technologies, continuously learning and experimenting with emerging tech trends. • Participate in internal and external technology communities, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective growth. • Work closely with business analysts to understand customer needs and use cases, contributing to the design and development of Proofs of Concept (POCs). • Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration. • Review and provide feedback on requirements documentation for custom solutions, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards. • Analyze requirements in depth, ensuring solutions are compatible and align with established best practices. • Contribute to the monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of existing functionalities, promptly addressing issues. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical project documentation, detailing system design and implementation. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on software development and design experience. • 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Deep Learning, LLMs, NLP, Speech, Conversational AI, or AI Infrastructure. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, or C/C++. • Practical experience with at least one Large Language Model (LLM) like Llama, GPT, Claude, or Falcon. • Experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as Pytorch or JAX. • Familiarity with building cloud solutions, preferably on AWS. • Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences. • Strong willingness to learn and master new technologies and concepts. • Good verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
