Role Description This is a contract role for a Generative AI Engineer, based in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for GCP Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Databricks designing, developing, and deploying AI models, conducting experiments, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in AI technology and ensuring the company's AI initiatives are robust, scalable, and impactful. Qualifications • Experience in AI and Machine Learning model development and deployment • Experience in popular AI tool like Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Databricks. • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, data analysis, and feature engineering • Skills in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing AI solutions • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
