Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Duration: 12-18 months Location: Charlotte, NC Required Pay Scale: $65-$70/hr - W2 only, NO C2C • • • Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates • • • Job Summary: Project Details: • Will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data science solutions that address complex business problems • This is not a lead or architect position it is a hands-on coding role within an Agile environment Must Haves • Must have HANDS-ON experience with Gen AI solutions - 2 years required • Strong HANDS-ON experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling • Proven expertise in Python programming • Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI models, and OpenAI APIs • Understanding of model evaluation metrics, fine-tuning, and deployment best practices • Experience with data visualization tools and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) • Agile Methodology About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
