Role description
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years in software engineering / AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in deep learning & NLP.
• Strong expertise in transformer-based architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, DeepSpeed.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines.
• Advanced understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and hyperparameter optimization.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of secure AI deployment practices, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
Soft Skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional AI teams.
