You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure new use cases are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with platform standards. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Solutions/Delivery Architect for internal GenAI initiatives Evaluate new GenAI use cases for architectural fit, scalability, and prioritization Act as a bridge between stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams Provide technical consultation on: GenAI system design; Integrations and APIs; Architecture patterns and tradeoffs Support onboarding and enablement of new AI use cases Assist with setup tasks such as API access, configuration, and observability considerations Help protect engineering teams by pre-vetting technical requirements and asking the right questions Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience designing or supporting Generative AI systems Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and architectures Experience with Python (code review and pipeline understanding - not heavy coding) Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integration patterns Ability to work in LLM-agnostic environments and avoid vendor lock-in Recent experience in AI or ML-related projects (field is evolving rapidly) Soft Skills & Culture Fit (Critical): High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills Ability to join a well-functioning, fast-paced team and integrate smoothly Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change Proven ability to say -no- constructively and guide stakeholders toward viable solutions Strong collaborator who prioritizes trust and clarity Nice to Have: Experience supporting internal enterprise platforms Familiarity with monitoring and observability for AI systems Background working closely with product managers or product owners Why This Role: Work on high-impact, internal GenAI products at enterprise scale Influence architecture and platform direction without owning day-to-day delivery Fully remote opportunity for the right candidate Partner with a strong product and engineering organization The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
