GENESYS CLOUD ENGINEER

Job Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer with Terraform Location: Remote (US-based) Duration: 12+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension) Position Overview We are seeking an expert-level Terraform SME with hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for Genesys Cloud Contact Center environments. This role is of high impact and requires a seasoned professional with significant paid experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform automation, and Genesys Cloud platform configuration. Any candidate with limited experience or still learning the technology will not be a fit, as errors could negatively affect mission-critical systems. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years overall IT experience with a strong background in Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure automation. • 5+ years of expert-level hands-on experience with Terraform in enterprise environments. • Proven experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center (users, telephony, flows, integrations, roles, permissions). • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Proficiency with Git version control (branching, merging, pull requests, tagging). • Experience with API authentication and OAuth for Genesys Cloud in Terraform automation. • Skilled in secret management tools (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault). • Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI). • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for Terraform automation and Genesys deployments.
